Every year, for 38 years, the Ann Arbor Home Building Program has produced a quality new home. The Sumerset Neighborhood was designed as a venue for the Program to build a home every year. With the hard work of our dedicated students, support of local builders, contractors and related industry professionals this home has become a reality. The attractive façade features stone accents and a covered front porch.
The 2300 SF interior greets you with bright spacious rooms featuring nine foot ceilings, maple kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and oak hardwood floors extending to the great
room. The kitchen island offers a central gathering space with a snack bar.
A corner gas fireplace in the great room is surrounded with slate tile. The spacious master suite features a cathedral ceiling and a huge walk in closet. A master bath features a tile floor, shower and double vanity. Features include 3 Bedrooms and 3 ½ baths plus a finished daylight basement flexible to be a 4th bedroom or familyroom.
A first floor laundry, and guest bath are located in the rear entry close to the entrance to the attached two car garage. A fully landscaped site includes underground sprinklers and a spacious deck for entertaining.
