This year’s home, built by the students of the Ann Arbor Student Building Industry Program, Inc., is a traditional two story home located on a beautiful landscaped lot in the Sumerset Neighborhood.

This 2300 square foot home meets and exceeds all the qualifications of a quality built home. Upon entering, you immediately appreciate the volume and light generated by the 9 foot high first floor ceilings. The open floor plan with warm oak floors greets you and offers a glimpse of the spacious living areas beyond. Cherry finished maple cabinets, oak flooring, and granite countertops make this kitchen and dining area an inviting gathering place for a busy family.

The spacious great room, open to the kitchen area features a natural gas fireplace wsith slate surround and wood mantle. The back hallway, first floor laundry, mudroom, and guest bath are located in the rear entry close to the family entrance and garage. The light, bright and spacious master suite features two large dormers, a cathedral ceiling and lots of space to relax. A spacious master bath features a large shower and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath with ceramic tile floor and fiberglass tub/shower complete the second floor.

The spacious lower level has been finished for use as an additional bedroom/guest room, family room or study and also features a third full bath. For information on purchasing this quality home, contact Pat Durston, Reinhart Realtors at 734-669-5981 or 734-260-9247
