Built by 19 students, this home is located on a nicely landscaped lot in the Foxfire subdivision.  It is a spacious, 2500 square feet, two-story house with brick and vinyl siding exterior and large, energy efficient double hung windows. There are four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with lots of natural light, a walk in closet, a large Jacuzzi and shower. The kitchen has ample counter space, an island with range/oven and snack bar, recessed lighting, and a breakfast area opening onto a large wood deck. 

Other features include a tiled foyer, den/study, a living room with vaulted ceilings and circle top windows, a formal dining area, and a large family room with a fireplace. The house also includes two and one-half ceramic tiled baths, a first floor laundry and utility room, and a full basement with 8’ ceiling, a 24’ x 21.5’ garage, an energy efficient furnace/air conditioning system, and cable TV and phone outlets in all rooms.  The home sold for $252,000.
