  Built by 17 students, this home is located on a nicely landscaped lot in the Foxfire subdivision.  It features brick and vinyl siding exterior, and large, energy efficient double hung windows.  There are four large bedrooms, including a master bedroom with lots of natural light, a walk in closet, a large jacuzzi and shower.  The kitchen has a snack bar, recessed lighting, and a breakfast area opening onto a large wood deck.  There is a family room with a fireplace, a living room with full bay windows, and a formal dining room.  Other highlights are two and one-half ceramic tiled baths, a first floor laundry and utility room, a full basement with 8' ceiling, a 23' x 22' garage, and cable TV and phone outlets in all rooms.  The home sold for $235,000.
