Twenty students completed the 20th home which has been built under the student program.  The traditional style house is located on a large landscaped corner lot and features a vinyl and brick exterior.  There are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, one walk-in closet, a whirlpool bath and lots of natural light.  The first floor den-guest room with a cathedral ceiling and a sunken great room are special features of this house.

Large energy efficient windows, interior oak stairs and railings, a large kitchen featuring oak cabinets and Corian counter tops, special appliances and a breakfast area compliment this home.   The kitchen and dining room open onto a large wood deck.  Other features include three full baths, one half bath, a first floor laundry room, energy efficient furnace/air conditioning system, cable T.V. and phone outlets, super insulation and many special storage features.  Andrew Lang was the student designer of this house and the interior decoration was done with the assistance of the Anderson Paint Company.  William Kinley, The Phoenix Company was President of the Board of Directors and Builder of Record .  Tom Lancaster and his assistant Lloyd Cochran were the instructors.   The home sold for $ 230,000.
