Twenty-three high school students constructed the fifteenth house
under the Student Home Building Program. Tom Lancaster and
his assistant Kit Johnson provided the necessary instruction for
these students to realize their dream of a completed home. This
home featured aluminum and brick exterior, three bedrooms-one
a master bedroom suite with dressing area, a den-guest room, a
great room with energy efficient fireplace, a formal dining room
, a dinette, two full baths, two half baths, a large kitchen and
a two-car garage.
Richard Russell continued serving as Builder of Record and Board
President. The house sold for $ 128,000.
