Guenther Building, Inc.

Richard Russell, Instructor
Jon Gabrielsen, Assistant

The seventh home continued to be supervised by Board President Bob Guenther, Instructor Richard Russell and Assistant Jon Gabrielsen.  The house was constructed by 30 high school students from both the Ann Arbor Pioneer and Huron High Schools.

The house was designed by Kevin Pratt.  His winning design was chosen from the Huron High drafting class of Instructor Ray Zawacki.  Twenty seven students, under the direction of Instructor Deborah Zornes, supplied the interior design work for the house.  The home, a four bedroom home with a familyroom, brick and hand-hewn beam fireplace, two full baths, two half-baths (one in the basement), a full basement and a large two-car garage, sold for $77,900.
