The fifth house of the program saw 29 students coming together from the Huron and Pioneer High Schools.  An Assistant Instructor was added to the program - Narvelus Pearson to assist Instructor Richard Russell.  Mark Solent continued as President of the Board and the Builder of Record on the project.

The home featured four bedrooms, a family room with stone fireplace, two full baths, two half-baths (one in the basement), a full basement, and a large two-car garage.  The interior decoration was designed by 63 students in the Huron and Pioneer Home Decoration classes taught by Diane Sotomayor and Deborah Zornes.  The home sold for $69,000.
