Richard Russell, Instructor

The fourth house saw a change in the program.  More than double the number of students enrolled and worked under the direction of Instructor Richard Russell.  Mark Solent of Mark J. Solent, Inc. became President of the Board and was the Builder of Record on the Project.

The home was decorated by students in the Huron and Pioneer Home Decoration classes under the watchful eyes of Instructors Karen White and Evelyn Becker, and Bob Anderson, Anderson Paints.  The 1974 house had four bedrooms, a family room with stone fireplace, two full baths, two half-baths (one in the basement), a full basement, and a large two-car garage.  The home sold for $63,000.
